Whats bigger and better than a 2001FP, but not too $$$

I've got three Dell 2001FP LCD monitors in use around the house, but one has a few bad pixels and funky spot in the middle. Not much of an issue really, but its giving me a push in the direction of replacing it with "something better". I like Dell, but I'm not stuck on the brand. Screen resolution has to be a step up from 1600x1200, no short wide monitors need apply. Since I am cheap I am thinking used, like a Dell 2408WFP which seem to turn up under $200, but again I'm not stuck on a specific price point or model and open to suggestions.
