Cearly the GeForce2 MX 200 is the weakest, it's basically a crippled card with near-TNT2 performance.

I have heard the Kyro II is a very good card (just check out Anand's review). At this point I would recommend it over the MX400. But since GeForce2's are getting pretty cheap you may also want to consider a GTS/PRO/Ultra.
 
My vote goes with the Kyro 2 as well, if however you only play games at 640x480 then the MX would be fine, for all other resolutions get a Kyro 2!
