What's better, Asus P45 chipset board P5Q-E or P5Q Pro?

Asus P45 chipset motherboard, is P5Q-E better than P5Q Pro? I'm wondering if the P5Q-E's 3rd PCIe slot, better heatsink over MOSFET, a second LAN port, and the AI Audio2 sound chip is worth the $20 cost difference? That's about the cost difference between the two. Also, is the E's design closer to the high end Asus P5Q boards (ie. Deluxe) and thus more likely to yield better stability and also better overclocking potential? Thanks.
