What's better: Alpha 8942 + Quiet Panaflo, or Stock Fan?

Hey, fellow Anandtechians.

I would like to know if Alpha Pal-8942(T) with a quiet Panaflo will cool better than the stock P4 cooler. This is on a P4 2.26 Ghz CPU. Also, will it be possible to overclock at all with the quiet Panaflo? Or do I need something louder? 🙂
