What's better: 750 at 57degC or 800 at 60degC

I can run at 750Mhz, 1.6V and get an operating tempurature of 57*C
Or I can run at 800Mhz, 1.65V and get an operating tempurature of 60*C

The AMD spec for Max Heatplate temp is 70*C

Which do you think would be a better choice?

Either one is way too high for a stable operating temperature. Think about a better cooler! That 70 C is the upper limit . . . that is self-destructsville. I don't ever like to get about 52 C. I'm running a 750 K7 at 800 and the CPU temp is a nice, cool,
37 C. (Same mobo . . . K7M with the P2T probe attached.)

BTW, am also running 800 MHz w/o upping the core voltage at all. Just set the FSB to 107.

Nor, If you haven't done this already get an alpha kit with some artic silver thermal paste. Your going to toast that thing sooner or later at the rate your going. For additional cooling try and get a card cooler to fit right above the cpu itself. My 750 isn't even OC'd yet and its never reach 27 degrees cel.
