I just heard on Hollywood Squares that if you pour whiskey over a lemon wedge and then suck on it... that works I'd guess. Me, I just use the spray.. Yes, it does taste nasty.

I really dont see the point of the lemon. Nothing beats just sucking on the whiskey bottle till your throat isnt a problem any more.
