Any good learning remotes for markedly under $50?

The best, cheap one has to be the "One4All" remote that is sold at Wal-Mart for about $19.00. The remote has JP1 pins under the battery cover where you can attach it to your computer via a JP1 to serial cable so that you can program the remote via software.
