What's best, a thermal pad or thermal grease for T-birds?

LiLRiceBoi,

Before you asnwer next time, read up on this topic first.

Silicon based greases have a tendency(a nasty tendancy) to dry up in t-bird/duron applications. The reason? 50+W of heat on a tiny space really wreck havoc on silicon greases.

the PCTC-Pad on most AMD approved Heatsinks has to be 'cooked" to 58C in order to melt and fill microgaps, but it performs better than the majority of cheaper greases out their. Including almost all silicon greases.
