what's amazon customer service email?

anyone know wtf is amazon's customer service email?

all I want to do is ask when they expect an item to be back in stock. no matter what reason i select on their form it insists that I enter an order number. even when my reason is "product ordering" or other.

i don't think they have one. you have to use the built in thing on their website.

yeah I tried. regardless of any option I select they insist on entering an order number. enter all zeroes, 17 random digits nothing works.

nah, there's another way...let me see if i can find it.

click Help at the top right
click the customer service button under the Contact Us section on the right side
you'll have to sign in
It will say "your recent orders" but after that there is a link that says "my question is not related to an order" - click that and you should be able to ask your question.

i've never had problems getting a reply. it may take a day or 2 to get one, but i always got one.

if you could that would be great. its only because I have gift certificates or I'd buy the e6850 from mwave or somewhere else.

blah. I'll just call their customer service line and see if they can tell me.
