What's all this about the ASUS A7V133, Boot Problems and L7 Jumpers? Someone Please Explain!!!!!!!!!

I am concerned with this because I have my A7V133 ready to build, but not sure about the issues above.


Please help explain it to me.

And what do the L7 jumpers do, and why mess with them?
 
Don't have any idea; never heard of or encountered any problems with my A7V133. I'm very interested in what this is all about, now...

Oh, hey UKSpace - didn't even see it was you. Where did you hear about these "issues?"
 
The problem has to do with VCore... if you set it in the BIOS to 1.85 it will be at 1.75 for a short while before it changes to 1.85. It is not a common problem, because if your stable at 1.85 you should atleast beable to POST at 1.75.

Anyways its not really a problem, just set the jumpers on the MB to 1.85 and that will fix it. You can still use the VCore jumpers even in jumperless mode.
 
search for your MB in the forums, someone else had this problem..if i find the link i'll update this post.
