I believe "ten key" refers to the numeric key pad, so I assume that has something to do with your ability to enter data rapidly using a numeric key pad instead of a regular keyboard.
10 key originally meant the keys on an adding machine but is now more likely to be, as others say, either the numeric keypad or a similar data-entry device.
And of course there are typing tutorials that will help you get better at 10-key if you'd like to do so...Mavis Beacon has one as part of their normal program I believe...
