What's a simple way to monitor web surfing on a network?

We have a small network at work, around 20 computers. All of them are connected to the Internet via a Linksys Router. I'd like to monitor http requests to have an idea what web pages users are looking at. I think we might have some night workers looking at porn and stuffs.

I've tried some network monitoring tool like Ethereal but I think it's way to much for my needs.

Any ideas?

The only simple way I can think of using what you've already got is by using keyword blocking. If your router supports blocking certain keywords (I'm sure you can think of a couple that might show up on a pornographic website) you can have it email you when it blocks access to a site with those keywords on it. Not a 'foolproof' method of finding out exactly what they're doing, but you can add words like 'gambling', 'casino' and things like that if you don't get any porno hits.

Just an idea,
Steve

with keylogger, it will look very messy,

Disable there IE privileges, enables sharing on all pc of the cookies folder ( password protect it ) and than you will be able to view the cookies and see the actual urls of individuals..

before I had monitoring software, I would search through cookies;

Now I just look at search engine queries...
