What's a safe VDIMM boost?

Is it safe to increase the DIMM temperature (VDIMM, right?) by 0.20 V? What about 0.30 V? I need to know so I don't burn my RAM when overclocking 🙂

I run mine @ 2.9 which is considered by most to be "high voltage for ddr". You should be fine with .3 🙂
