Whats a riblet and why do I want all you can eat of them?

it's a different cut of the ribs. they are typically smaller, hence the "let" part of the name. same meat, same taste, different cut.

that's why you want all you can eat of them.

I thought they were decent, and AYCE is nice. They aren't as good as the BBQ at Famous Dave's or Outback (mmmm...) but I haven't seen either of them doing AYCE.

Applebees riblets are great EXCEPT when they have the all-you-can-eat special. The quality goes down then because they make so many of them, IMO.
