Personally, I find i'm too competitive. When I play something, I play to win. I sometimes forget to enjoy myself just playing the game.

It's just a different degree of shyness.

I consider "shy" almost a fear or anxiety of talking to others. Introversion just means you prefer to go about your business by yourself.
