what's a quiet hsf for 1GHz Athlon?

I'm thinking about buying the FOP32-1 for my 1ghz Athlon, because the one that I have right now is loud as hell(it's the Aavid that comes when you purchase the motherboard/cpu combo at tcwo)

can anyone recommend if the FOP21-1 is quieter, or should I get a different one.

The Taisol CGK742092 is also good HSF and quieter than FOP32-1.

I have a Taisol 742 on a 1.2 GHz T-Bird sitting on my desk, with the case open 3.5 feet away from my ear. Very quiet, I heah the PS fan over it!
