Whats a quiet 80mm fan for my case?

Arctic Cooling Thermally Controlled (TC) fans are good. Panaflo also makes good fans. That CoolerMaster fan is decent, but at 2500RPM, it isn't gonna be quiet unless if you undervolt. Nexus is renowned for quiet fans.

Generally you'll want your fan to ideally be <1800RPM
Don't take dBA ratings too seriously. A lot fo companies pull those numbers out of their backside.

I recently replaced the fans on my TT Tsunami (though mine are 120mm), I wanted adjustable fan speeds without the hassle of a fan controller. Try the Antec Tricool fans. They have 3 speeds, the lowest is whisper quiet, I can't even tell which is quieter, my Zalman 7000 CPU fan or the Tricools, and the higher speeds are loud, but move more air. The ones I linked to don't have LEDs, but they do make 80mm LED fans.
