My friend needs to buy books for college but dosent have the money...i really want to lend the friend money, but i dont know what to say...cuz chances are theyll prolly just reject it.

After you loan him the money, take every opportunity to remind him of that fact. 😉

I would just offer to do it like zim says. Say something about how he would probably do the same for you.

Just find out what books your friend needs for school and buy them, then
present the books to said friend and say hey look what I found on our front porch do you need them 😉
