What's a low fee stock trading site for canadians?

I want to start investing some money (500-1000) in the stock market. I wouldn't be trading very often at all so a site that has low fees is my main concern. Sogotrade looks awesome but it's not for Canadians.

quest trade is the only one with low fees with that kind of capital. they have $5 trades whereas everyone else starts at $19. note that qtrade is NOT the same company as quest trade.
 
Geez, 1 hour googleing trying to find an answer and if I would have just asked here it would have taken 3 minutes. Thanks Scouzer, that's exactly what I was looking for! Shoot me a pm if you have a referral code or something for it
