I bought a K6-III/333 at Fry's Electronics, but this processor is not listed anywhere on AMD's web site.

AMD K6-III/333AFK
2.2V CORE/3.3V I/O
B 9908APAW

Anyone have any ideas on what FSB to run this at, and what does the "K" in AFK stand for. I e-mailed AMD twice, but all I got was list of form "FAQ's".

AMD K6-III/333 and 350 can be clocked like a K6-III 400. You can set the FSB to 100. You'll probably hit 450 with this CPU.

Thanks guys! I was able to get a reliable 380 (95X4), but thats tops.
Not too bad for only $30, if you have a compatable MB. I tried three MB's, but only the FIC503+ certified for K6-III's would work. An early FIC503+, and a Shuttle HOT569 would lock up at "Verifying DMI Pool" at every setting. Thanks again.

Did you try with little more voltage ? Overcloking the K6-x line needs higher voltage.
If you increase voltage, improve cooling to dissipate the heat generated. (replace thermal pad with thermal paste helps a lot for few $).
If you increase voltage, do it step by step (0.1v each) in the limit of +0.2v/+0.3v.
