What's a good Zombie Xbox 360 game? (split screen coop)

I'm getting my sister a zombie game for Christmas among other things for her Xbox 360. I don't really play video games anymore and haven't played on consoles hardly (mainly PC), so I don't know what good zombie titles are.

I'm looking for something with a really good coop since we'll be playing together while I'm there. I remember playing house of the dead I think it was, or maybe it was a resident evil - at the arcade a couple years ago. That was fun.

Also, she has kinect so not sure if you can 'use' a gun like you can at an arcade.

Dead Island supposedly has good coop but I only played single player.

Split screen? Left 4 dead 2 was an awesome play through even on single. Captured the rushing zombie wave thing pretty well!

I'd say Left4Dead, Dead Island is kind of janky and I doubt it has split-screen.

after a bit of research: dead island doesn't have split-screen co-op; only online or xbox-link

many comments online about the back of the box being misleading about multi-player

Yea this needs to have split screen. She has Halo 4 and I know we'll be working on that, but I want something with zombies.

Zombie mode in Black Ops 2 can be split screen, no? Not really a full out zombie game though.

LFD2 2 players+2 bots (the bots are almost a hindrance on harder setting but the extra firepower is needed) on advanced or expert.. real teamwork.. one of the greatest games made.
