What's a good way to transfer video files to vhs tape?

I have some video files that I made using Premiere and I would like to put them onto VHS. In the past, I used the composite tv out feature on my friend's Viper II. My GeForce DDR only has S-Video out and I have an S-Video to RCA converter, but the driver applet won't let me switch into TV mode. Is there any other way to do this? I just want something simple and easy to get my videos onto tape. Thanks.
