whats a good way to make icon text boxes have transparent background?

WinXP:
right-click My Computer -> Advanced -> Performance Settings Button -> Visual Effects Tab -> Check box next to "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop"

I don't see the setting in TweakUI. It was a registry thing from what I remember.

thanks everyone. I couldn't get the "right-click My Computer -> Advanced -> Performance Settings Button -> Visual Effects Tab -> Check box next to "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop" to work.

For those running W2K and want the transparent text background, both Transparent and D-Color XP work very well.
