what's a good wall mount for HDTV

Monoprice has so may models and I can't figure out what the different styles are from the pictures.

I have a 42" TV (70lbs?)
I would like at least some vertical adjustment, and since the cables are in the back, I would like to make it easy to reach the cabling (multiple devices connected to the mutliple inputs of the TV)

Will the TV stick out away from the wall more with some models?

The regular ones will definitely have more room in the back to reach the connections. I have a low profile one and I can barely squeeze the hdmi cable into the port without removing the tv from the mount.

I saw a tilt mount somewhere in a video (can't find it anymore) that showed a model that tilted up so you could easily reach the cable connections in the lower back part of the TV.
Can't seem to find that on Monoprice though.

I'm still not sure I want a full swivel mount because it will be mounted on a wall where people see the TV from the side and will see the ugly mount.

Depends on your tv as well.
My tv has ports that angle down so the low profile one still works well.
Or you can get right angle HDMI stuff.
