What's a good video capture card?

I am looking for a decent video capture card. Any of you know of a good one?

Well, I was going to suggest eTV but I don't think you'll find one for under $200. If you do please let me know where from so I can buy one for myself. 😛

What do you want to do with that capture card? Do you have a DV camcorder?

Try this: ATI AIW RADEON 7500. They have two one at $147 and $163. Great cards from what I hear.

I wanted to do some VHS converstion to VCD and stuff like that.

I almost forgot, the card must be pci, because I am using GeForce 2 for my main card.
