What's a good video capture card relatively cheap?

I have a decent video card now- a Radeon 32 ddr and I want to be able to capture video without having to replace the card I have now. What's a good card? I saw the Radeon TV-VE for like 50 dollars over at pricewatch. Is this a good card? Anyone know of any good cards that are relatively cheap that have most of the capture features of the All in Wonder Radeon?
