Whats a good upgrade for motherboard and cpu under $150?

I'm going to be upgrading from a pentium 4 and 925x motherboard.
What's the best price/performance that is recommend for under $150.

My gpu and memory specs are 4670 512mb and 2gb 533mhz

What is detonator.dynamitedata.com? Is that something that the AT forums are doing, or do I have some crapware on this PC? Anyone else see this?

The link went to newegg when theAnimal first posted it.I check again and it does what everyone is saying,quite odd.
but before the link went bad he shown me a Athlon x2 7850 with one of the motherboard combos.I think it was 138.99 or $148.99.
