Whats a good temp at lite and full load?

I have a Alpha Pal and am overclocking a AXIA 1gig@1.33 1.8v and was wondering what I should getting at lite and full load. I mean whats a safe temp?
 
I had an alpha Pal in mine I was getting 39C Idle 48C load
After a month I got 42C Idle 58C load
I replaced it with a OC/ers Gladiator and now get 38C Idle and 47C load
I use a utility called CPU cool and it stays at 31C Idle and 42C load Get it Here
