whats a good stress test for stability?

Just wondering what you guys do. My latest technique has been to run RC5 constantly, run Q3 demo loop for 30 minutes or so, and test mp3, email, irc, browsing at the same time. (remember RC5 is still running during all other tests). I usually determine its stable if it can go for a day or more of the RC5 and normal use after this.

what do you guys do? anyone know what the stress test that anandtech guys do? : )

Prime95, SETI@Home, Quake3 in a timedemo loop.

seti@home and prime95 both are good. I have 1gig@1.4 run supper stable and it pass seti@home 48hours and 3Dmark 2000 for 7 hours but nerver pass Flask programe using to convert vob files to divx movie. than I try my 1gig@1381mhz seen then I have no problem at all . even don't turn off my system for a week. so for me Flask program are the best for testing stab ( Flask program will eat or drink every juice from your cpu that overclock there for it is the best program for testing stab) atleast for me though
