What's a good source for learning about networks (how to set up and manage a network)?

For the rest of the summer, I'd like to do some reading on computer networks. For instance, I'd like to obtain enough knowledge so that I can be a Network Administrator of a small network. I'd like to know if there are any good information sites (or even a good book) out there that have all of this knowledge readily available.

Thanks in advance:)

Hey, thanks a lot for the sites.....I'll be sure to look into them more thoroughly as I want to learn. I'm sure it'll take a while but, might as well be productive while I have some free time:)

Thanks again.
