What's a good software to create images of DVDs?

As the title says.

I have about 200 different DVDs, mostly Russian movies, and I want to convert them to my 1Tb raid, so I won't have to search through my disks every time I want to watch a movie.

What's a good software (freeware, or paid, whatever) that allows me to create images which I can later play back from the HDD?
 
DVD Decrypter. Note, it's no longer supported and technically illegal in the US. But that being said, it's still available for download from many places.
