What's a good software for making DVD Videos?

i don't know of any DVD mastering application that would take subtitles, except if you input them manually...

Really? Even if you have the .sub files? Basically I have a .avi file, a .idx file, and a .sub file. How do I make a proper dvd out of all these files? What software?
