What's a good site to host my webcam on?

I want to wave at my long distance friends when I'm on the phone with them and such. I also might point it at my cat tree so I can check it while I'm bored and out. I tried anywebcam.com but it looks like more of a place to hook-up than anything and I think you have to be a member to view cams.

Ideas?

I could always set it up on personal webspace if I have to but I'm feeling lazy about it right now.

Camarades I've used this to do some live streaming to a friend. Works pretty well. I dont think you need to sign up with camarades just download it and install it. Just send your friend the specific address you have and turn it on.

Oh yeah it doesn't go online until someone access your camera's address. So just incase you get frustrated of why it doesn't work.

That looked kinda promising for a second but their software caused some horrible conflict with Norton and messed me all up for a little while.

Host it on your own system. I've been running mine on a Pentium 166 sitting on a 768k/128k DSL connection for months. Works great! (webcam2000.... check it out!)

I tried webcam 2000 and couldn't figure out how to make it display anything but still images. I set up a streaming cam on an old angelfire site with Webcam32. Still trying to get it to run a little smoother but it's not bad.

Check it out if you want.
