What's a good RSS reader. I thought firefox could do RSS.. but i dont see the option.

I use Trillian's "news" plugin as my RSS. What's good about it is that there's not yet another app you have to install and have it live in the systray. The downside is it doesn't support RSS 2.0. :(

yahoo companion toolbar was first too. :) I use it because Y! Bookmarks means I can take my links everywhere (no need to import bookmarks, etc.) and I live on Y! Calendar for my financial and schedule planning (again, since I can access it anywhere). I'm a Y!whore. :D

please forgive my ignorance, but i have checked out this RSS feeder/reader, and what not .. but could someone explain what exactly is its purpose, as i am interested to know.. thanks
