What's a good Remote Admin program?

Are there any web admins or network admins here? I'm looking for a program similar to Symantec's PC Anywhere v10.0 (I think v10 is the newest version).

I used to have v8.0, and it ran dang slow....anyone know a better one? I know of a better one called Proxy by Funk Software. Does anyone have a little list?

Basically, I'd like to be able to have full control of other computers on my network. It's for a home network of 6 computers. Main reason is so that I don't have to go to my bro's or my sister's room at 1 or 2 AM to work on something - I'd like to be able to do it from my room.

I'd like to be able to do this both from within my network only, and also from the internet.

Anyone know any good programs that can do this?

i luv vnc, easy to setup and can use across all platforms, even through java-enabled browsers

Another vote for VNC - works great, it's free.

Try Radmin it's not free though but it's faster than vnc

thanks for the tips guys..i'm using vnc right now.

but that 1 program, Proxy, by Funk Software, was one that they used where I used to work. And it was REALLY fast, like realistic, and it was over the internet too.

I'm gonna continue using VNC though I think. Besides, I don't use it all that often.
