What's a good receiver under 400 bucks?

okay, my sony receiver broke a couple weeks ago after about 3 years of using it (POS!!). So I need a new receiver, can anyone reccomend me one that will not break for at least 5 years? I'd like to get a 6.1 receiver but I dunno if I can afford one, DTS and Dolby Digital are absolute musts. Anyone got any ideas?
