Shouldn't be a problem. Sparkle is a decent PSU manufacturer and 350W should be sufficient. Personally I'm using the 300-350W one(can't remember the exact rating) that came with my Enlight 7237 case(presumably Enlight) without any problems. System's running 24/7 on a really power consuming Athlon Tbird 1.4GHz crunching rc5.

Almost the same here - I've got a 330W that came with my Antec 630SX case. I have had (apparently) power-related problems, but I think it's more to do with the board than the PS - the PC133 sockets don't appear to be getting enough juice to run stable when both are full. 1 is fine, but with two full it'll crash every few minutes.
