Whats a good program to use to moniter activity on my computer?

I'm gonna be gone for a while, and forgot what I used to use.

I use KeyKey. Not very advanced but it monitors all keyboard activity and in what program.
There is also the option of emailing the log to yourself so if you are gone and have access to a computer, you can view the logs then.
