Whats a good program to test a cpu's stability

I'm trying to find out how far i can push mu duron and need to test for stability.

Run RC5 for Team AnandTech. It will keep cpu usage at 100%.

Serious Sam. It would crash from a over ambitious overclock when no other game would. Have some fun while you are testing stability!

Well, Tom Pabst, Kyle Bennet (HardOCP) and somebody from Anandtech I think used Linux Kernel Compilation when testing the Coppermine 1.13GHz a year ago, and that's what that chip failed.

i use 3dmark2000 in loop 5 times , 2001 doesnt really test the whole system as much
