whats a good program to shrink DVD MPG2 so I can burn it on a DVD?

I have a 5 gig capture of a soccer game... I need to shrink it down to 4.7gb so I can burn it on a DVD. What do you recommend?

my bad.. I meant DVD

Author it to vobs... I use sonic scenarist, it is advanced...so be weary of going my footsteps. Then after authoring it to vobs use DVD shrink and compress it so it will fit on a burnable DVD.
