what's a good price to buy this car at from a dealership? The local hyundai dealership is selling this car. It's type S auto with leather seats, new tires, "150 point of inspection done", moonroof, etc. It drives pretty well and I don't see any noticeable issues. The outside looks good too. This is a trade-in with 156,000 miles and 3 previous owners.

I'm looking to pay cash so I am wondering what to offer with all fees included. (OTD price)

Check, double-check, and triple-check the history of the car. If you can't see where the previous owners kept up the service schedule of the car, then be weary of taking this car.

Major things with these are transmission servicing and belt replacement/tensioner/water pump. If those weren't done at 90k - 100k as service schedule dictates, buy at your own risk.

Unless I'm mistaken (and I could very well be :) ), that generation of TL/CL had the propensity to go through transmissions like Alky through marriages.

Yeah, I'd be weary of the trans. Try running the VIN at a Honda dealer and see if its been replaced. It probably has. As much as I love Hondas I'd avoid it.
