what's a good plug 'n play tv tuner

i'm looking for a good plug 'n play usb tv tuner for ntsc cable. price isn't really a problem ($100-200). i'm running vista. thanks

ati theater 650, hauppauge (good hardware terrible software) or avertv has reasonable hardware. Since you are running vista and will be using mce the software that comes with the card is irrelevant.
