whats a good place to get prints from digital pics

Used to love ofoto (kodakgallery) but we got the worst looking prints the last time we ordered from them... some weird artifacts in the printouts. Completely unacceptable.

We've gone with snapfish the last 2 times, including 11x14 and they came out pretty good. They are among the cheapest too.
