Sometimes Newegg, but lately they have been pushing more phones with plans.
Walmart sells unlocked phones too.
You could also try TigerDirect, but so many people have had issues with them its getting kinda scary.

Uhmm.. I think this isf unny because most of you are suggesting mainstream places. If you want real phones go here:

Plemix
PhoneSource
MobileCityOnline

and with that said you should really trust SOME EBAY sellers. I'm very active at HoFo (this is where you should be asking 90% of your cell phone questions), and there are certain reputable sellers on eBay like x1387 that are more than safe to purchase from.

I've bought from ebay for years but because of problems with Paypal, I am going to avoid ebay at all costs.

Thanks, I'm going to check those out right now.

Something wrong with mainstream? They're popular for a reason.

Dell's a good place and has been having 20% off sales on and off the last few weeks. Just saw they were selling the Nokia 5800 NAM for $200 but are now sold out.

I just checked this phone out and it's a good phone. I was looking for something with Wifi and most of the phones with Wifi were more expensive and it's only $200 and it's from Amazon so no shipping or tax. It's slim and has a great display. Thanks I'm picking this phone up.

I checked it out but was too late. I would have jumped on that.

Also some manufacturers like Motorola let you buy directly from them, and sometimes have pretty good deals.

Yea I checked them out. I'm really pissed that I missed the Dell.com deal on the Xpress 5800 cus that's a sweet phone but I settled on the Nokia E51. It's small and has Wifi and many other features that I want. I mainly bought it cus of how small it is and has Wifi.

Oh man the 5800 for $200, I wish that had been posted in the hot deals forum when it was on-going. Anyways I just finished buying a 5800 from ebay for 285 after cashback.

Make sure you have Slickdeals and Fatwallet on your favorites. Hot Deals doesn't keep up any more here.
