Vantec C7040 Aeroflow is good many places at $25 (a little noisey, but way better than that volcano) Or much quieter, but not as cool (not bad though), I got an slk800 for $15, and a Panaflo for $6 from svc on special.

hmmm... the svc gc68/69's are very low priced.
could i use that but replace the 80mm fan with a higher rpm/cfm fan?
