What's a good picture viewer for windows

For some reason my xp windows viewer stopped working. Rather than reload windows I want to just add a 3rd party viewer. I would like it to automatically adjust the picture size to fit my screen resolution and be able to make printouts. What do you guys suggest as the best?

ACDSee is a really good program. I just use Photoshop now, however. That way I can do all my editing quickly if I want.

Yeah, if you don't have to, don't pay for ACDSee. That sounds good.
