What's a good picture viewer for 2k?

I know XP has a picture viewer built in it, anything for 2K out there made by windows or some third party company that has the same features?
 
50 bucks for a picture viewer?!

I'm talking about a program that opens up a one image in a folder, then you can push the "next" or "previous" button and look at the next one..
