what's a good PC remote control?

I need a remote control for DVDs/winamp/etc. Preferably USB. Anyone have any suggestions? I used to have the MouseRemote by X10, but it broke a couple of years ago.
 
I used the ATI remote wonder with their AIW cards and it was fricken awesome. RF vs the infrared cheap Creative remote a friend had (that dont work with xp now).
 
There was one on geeks.com that people were raving about. I'd hit the hot deals section and search, even search the archives for "remote" I'm sure you'll find a good one that's got user feedback in it.
