What's a good online source for buying bulk VOIP minutes?

Ok, so I'm close to going over my minutes for my cell phone, cycle ends on monday. I have no landline or VOIP (magicjack should be here next week)

I need to make a few phone calls today. I was going to go with skype but it looks like I have to pay minimum of like $10 in credits. is there a place I can go with that is cheaper? I expect to be on the phone for about 60 minutes. at 2 cents a minute, which seems about the average for PC based VOIP calls, that means a cost of $1.20.

any place where I can buy $1.20 in credit instead of the full $10?

this month is the only time in the past 3 years I've been close to going over my plan, as we had a major outage from a storm. there's no reason to pay more for a plan I won't be using.

I don't mind shelling out $10 for an hour's worth of talk time, but if there's a chance to save $9 I wouldn't mind that either.

Quit being a selfish little prick and tell us what it is.

turns out it wasn't what I thought it was, but it did the trick. I was on my third call, which I expected to last the longest (to Dell regarding those Zunes for $94), when the line was cut off all of the sudden. I attributed it to bad service, turns out after further research it's only good for 5 minutes' worth, then it hangs up and you have to dial again. :(

Oh well, I simply called back and finished up without having to spend $10, so it worked out in the end.
