What's a good multivitamin?

Right now I'm using centrum forte. I'm wondering what others opinions are (I'm currently working out pretty strenuously so getting sufficient vitamins etc is important.)

I've heard that some people take like 12-13 vitamins each morning...rather than a multivitamin, any thoughts on how effective this is?

This is not a joke. I used to take Centrum and I've looked at the GNC kind, but I chose Flinstones for a few reasons:

A) GNC vitamins don't provide you THAT much more than the others, but they cost quite a bit more
B) They're easy to take since you can chew them and you don't need water
C) They're tasty

Pretty much doesn't matter, get one that contains all essential vitamins and minerals and shop for price.

From my experience, AST Multi Pro 32X is very good

agree'd. you might have been the guy who actually recommended it in another thread before I ordered it about a month and a half ago or so.

i wanted to get a good multivitamin since i was going to try and bulk up and stay focused about lifting. i ordered some of that stuff w/amino acids as well as creatine. so far, the combined result is great, ive gained about 6 pounds in a month and a half 🙂. and i don't really eat fruits much so the vitamin gives me what I need. before this, i was taking no vitamins, but in the summer i ate boatlods of watermelons (OMGWTFBBQWATERMELON!!) ... sorry, i had to 😛

But the cons are:

A) Because they taste like candy, it is impossible not to eat the entire container.
B) You are scarred for life because you line up the entire Flinstone family and bite their heads off.
C) Um, that's it.
